Architectural Style: Coastal / Historical Italianate Influence

A Full Renovation. JAA+D designed the exterior, interiors, and furnishings for this 4,400 SF home located near the shore in Ocean Grove. A future summer rental, JAA+D focused on creating a space that felt clean and cool. The home was conceptually designed to be a place where large families could comfortably enjoy summer vacations. The exterior design considered historical elements while the interior brings a modern coastal feel to the user’s vacation experience.
